Solenoid valves with direct control

Normally closed 2-way solenoid valves with direct control. Main components: body with main orifice, quill assembly + movable core assembly (kit normally closed), coil. Operation: The 2-way solenoid valves normally closed with direct control have an inlet fitting and a usage fitting. The mobile core, on which a sealing gasket is mounted, directly opens and closes the main orifice of the solenoid valve. When the coil is not powered, the mobile core is in a position to close the orifice not by putting the passage of the fluid. On the other hand, when the coil is powered, the mobile core moves in a position to open the orifice allowing the passage of the fluid. Notes: In this family of solenoid valves, an increase in pressure causes an increase in the force required to open the valve: if the pressure difference between the supply and the use is greater than the maximum value for which the solenoid valve was designed, the latter may not open even when the coil is powered.

Normally open 2-way solenoid valves with direct control. Main components: body with main orifice, quill assembly + mobile core + rod + seal holder assembly (kit normally open), coil. Operation: The normally open 2-way solenoid valves with direct control have an inlet fitting and a fitting for use. By moving the rod through the rod, the movable core opens and closes the solenoid valve. When the coil is not powered, the gasket holder, under the action of a spring, is kept in a position such that the orifice is open, allowing the passage of the fluid. On the other hand, when the coil is powered, the mobile core moves downwards and, through the rod, pushes the gasket holder into a position to close the orifice, not allowing the passage of the fluid. Notes: In this family of solenoid valves, an increase in pressure causes an increase in the force required to open the valve: if the pressure difference between the supply and the use is greater than the maximum value for which the solenoid valve was designed, the latter may not reopen even with the coil de-energized.
